Why RBG Machinery Group

Bought a Laser.
Kept a Partner.

An industrial laser is a capital decision you live with for a decade. We built the support structure around it first — American technicians, on-site training, and stocked wear parts.

Who We Are

A Dealer That
Stays On the Job

RBG Machinery Group sells, installs, and supports industrial fiber laser cutting machines, tube lasers, and handheld laser welding systems for American fabricators. We are not a broker forwarding your order overseas. We spec the machine, we deliver it, our technicians commission it on your floor, and the same team answers when you call two years later.

One team owns the sale, the install, and the service life

Machines specified against your actual materials and volume

Direct phone access to technicians during US business hours

Consumables and wear parts warehoused in the United States

The Three Pillars

What "Supported"
Actually Means

Every import brand claims support. Here is what ours consists of, in plain terms, so you can hold us to it.

US-Based Service

Technicians in your time zone, reachable by phone during business hours. Most issues are resolved remotely the same day; when they are not, a tech is dispatched.

Install & Training

Every machine includes professional installation, commissioning, and hands-on operator training at your facility — not a manual and a phone number.

Parts In Stock

Nozzles, protective windows, lenses, and ceramics warehoused stateside. Common consumables ship from US inventory rather than crossing an ocean.

On the Floor

Uptime Is the
Only Real Spec.

Cutting speed on a brochure means nothing if the machine is dark waiting on a part or a call-back. Everything we do — stocked consumables, same-timezone techs, operators trained properly the first week — exists to keep the beam on.

See How We Support It

How We Sell

No Brokers.
No Hand-Offs.

Capital equipment buyers research long and buy on trust. We try to make the process boringly transparent.

Spec It Honestly

A specialist asks what you actually cut, weld, and clean — then recommends the machine and power level that fits, including a smaller one if that is the right answer.

Quote It

A real written quote, typically within one business day, priced against the work you actually run.

Install & Train

Our technicians deliver, level, power, calibrate, and prove out the machine — then train your operators on your parts, on your floor.

Run Supported

Ongoing service, stocked consumables, and a direct line to the same people who commissioned the machine in the first place.

Start With Step One

Straight Answers

Things We
Won't Do to You

The laser market has earned some of its reputation. These are the practices we have deliberately avoided.

Oversell the Machine

If a 3-meter bed and mid-range power will carry your work, we will quote that instead of the bigger machine. Capacity you never use is capacity you financed for nothing.

Disappear After Delivery

Installation, commissioning, and operator training are part of the purchase — not an upsell that appears on a change order once the crate is already on your dock.

Route You Overseas

Support calls reach US-based technicians during US business hours. You should never be debugging an alarm code through a time-zone-shifted ticket queue.

Let's Talk About
Your Actual Work.

Tell us what you cut, weld, or clean — and a laser specialist will spec the right machine and a real quote, typically within one business day.
