Overview
The BT VII's split-bed architecture separates the machine frame from the worktable support, so even full-format heavy plate can't pull the motion system out of true. Hydraulic-lift exchange tables shuttle heavy loads while dual-PC control and a 27-inch rotating touchscreen keep the operator ahead of the machine.

Machine frame and table support are structurally independent — heavy plate loads can't deform the motion system.
Hydraulic lifting exchange keeps table swaps stable and fast even under maximum plate load.
Rack-and-pinion drives with high-frequency sensor feedback deliver hard acceleration with a stable beam path.
Graphite shielding on the articulated beam keeps cutting heat out of the machine structure.
CNC and host computing run separately — big nests load fast and the 27-inch rotating screen keeps everything visible.
Automatic gas distribution meters flow and pressure per cut for clean edges and lower gas bills.
