Parts & Consumables

Wear Parts.
Warehoused Here.

A nozzle is a small part until it is the reason a $400,000 machine is dark. Common consumables are stocked in the United States and ship from US inventory — not from a container crossing an ocean.

Why Stateside Stock

Downtime In Hours,
Not Weeks

The single most common reason an imported laser sits idle is a consumable that has to be air-freighted from overseas. We hold the fast-moving items in the United States specifically so a worn nozzle or a spattered protective window is a shipping question, not a customs question.

What We Stock

The Parts That
Actually Wear Out

Availability varies by machine model and configuration. Confirm your specific part numbers with us using your serial number.

Cutting Head Consumables

Nozzles across the common bore sizes and single/double configurations, protective windows, ceramic rings, and nozzle connectors — the items your operators replace most often.

Highest-turnover items

Optics & Beam Path

Collimating and focusing lenses, protective window cartridges, and optics-handling supplies. Optics are ordered against your specific head — send us the serial number.

Ordered to your head

Machine Maintenance Items

Cabinet and extraction filters, slats, chiller coolant and filters, way lube, and cleaning supplies for optics and bellows — the housekeeping stock that prevents service calls.

The Shelf You
Wish You'd Stocked.

We can put together a spares package matched to your machine and how hard you run it — the handful of items that account for the overwhelming majority of unplanned stoppages. Buy it once, replenish what you use.

How to Order

Getting the
Right Part

Laser consumables look nearly identical across models and are absolutely not interchangeable. This is how we make sure you get the correct one.

Send Machine Details

Model name and serial number from the data plate. That pins the cutting head and the exact consumable family your machine takes.

Describe or Photograph

Part number if you have it. If not, a photo of the worn part next to a tape measure is usually enough for us to identify it.

We Confirm & Quote

We verify fitment against your configuration and come back with availability and pricing before anything ships.

Ship & Replenish

In-stock items ship from US inventory. We can note your recurring consumption so re-orders take one phone call.

Wear & Replacement

When to
Change It

Consumable life is driven by material, thickness, gas, power, and how clean the shop is — so replace on condition rather than on a calendar. These are the symptoms to watch.

NozzleReplace when the bore shows spatter build-up, erosion, or is no longer round. Symptoms: sudden dross, inconsistent piercing, cut drifting off centre.
Protective windowInspect every shift. Any spatter, pitting, burn mark, or hazing means replace — a damaged window rapidly destroys expensive optics behind it.
Ceramic ringReplace after a head crash, or when cracked or chipped. Capacitive height sensing becomes erratic before it fails outright.
Focusing / collimating lensLong life if the protective window is maintained. Replace on visible contamination, coating damage, or unexplained loss of cut quality at correct parameters.
Cabinet & extraction filtersReplace on the schedule in your manual or sooner in dusty environments. Blocked filters raise cabinet temperature and shorten electronics life.
SlatsReplace or flip when cut-through and slag build-up begin marking part undersides or disturbing sheet support.
Chiller coolantFollow the manual's interval and specification. The wrong coolant, or old coolant, is a common cause of laser-source alarms.

General guidance only — your machine's documentation is the authority on part numbers, intervals, and specifications. When in doubt, call us with the serial number.
