Getting Help
No ticket purgatory. Here is the sequence when something goes wrong on your floor.
Reach support during business hours by phone or email. Have your machine model, serial number, and any alarm codes on screen ready.
Most faults are parameter, consumable, gas, or optics issues that a technician can identify remotely — often while you are still on the phone.
If a part is needed, we ship from US stock where available. If hands are needed on the machine, we schedule a field service visit.
We confirm the machine is cutting to spec again and note the root cause, so a recurring problem gets solved rather than repeatedly patched.
Before You Need Us
Most unplanned laser downtime traces back to consumables run past their life, contaminated optics, or gas and chiller maintenance that slipped. A preventive maintenance program and a shelf of the right spares prevent the majority of it.
