The Problem
Standard duct is easy. It's the odd transition, the field change, and the one-off curb that stalls a job — and those are exactly the parts that don't come off a coil line. So they get ordered from a supply house, or laid out and cut by hand, and either way the install crew is standing around waiting for a part that should have taken an hour.

What Changes
A flatbed laser turns the sheet metal shop into the fastest supplier on the job — including for its own install crews.
Flat patterns for transitions, offsets, tees, and reducers cut straight from the file. Odd geometry costs the same as a rectangle.
Parts interlock across the sheet instead of being sheared out one rectangle at a time — real savings on every skid of stock.
Etch fold references, part numbers, and orientation right onto the blank so the brake operator isn't measuring from a print.
The same machine handles galvanized, stainless, and aluminum — and reflective metals that used to be a problem are routine for fiber.
